If I check in online and arrive at the time assigned why is it a 15 min wait when I arrive. Isn’t it considered an appointment?

Terrible! Rushed, did not listen to what was asked for. Hair is choppy, missed areas with the clippers have long stray hairs where clipped. The part is all wrong and terrible. Never going back. Ridiculous!
