Great haircuts and a great experience!

Absolute waste of time. I checked in online, got an estimated wait time of 30 minutes; I left about 15 minutes prior to my recommended arrival time. I arrived early, and got physically checked in. I saw my name on the board as "On deck" but nobody called me down. I was then told the wait time would be 1 hour and 58 minutes. That's almost a 2 hour wait! There were two other clients: one getting their haircut, and one waiting. There were four employees, and only one was busy. So, the three other employees were just standing there doing nothing. I was having a bad day prior to this incident, and this made it worse. I'm never returning to this location again. I've been here on two occasions where a stylist has expressed attitude to me without saying anything, and it's made me uncomfortable. The last few I've had here weren't very bad, but this most recent visit made me decide I'm never coming here again.
